The Polo club is not club resort with 1700 homes and 3200 members with 9 kitchens, 6 restaurants and event venues it is a premier club and won best club/resort 2017.
Chef Lèonard’s culinary program is driven by passion and a quality focus. The baker shall have their own shoppe in the upper kitchen. Ability to make starters, handle volume and production in a consistent and quality manner is a must.
Upcoming baking students or bakers with a few years in the craft with the discipline and drive will also be highly considered for the position and training as well as experienced bakers who would like to thrive in this great environment.
