Proficient pastry skills and the desire to work and learn in a volume production setting required.
Culinary degree or 2 year minimum pastry industry experience is preferred.
Scratch production of all desserts, contemporary plated dessert, ice creams, artisan chocolates, breads, and holiday showpieces in a fully renovated state of the art pastry kitchen headed by Certified Master Pastry Chef and highly experienced team.
This is a great opportunity to work in all stations of the pastry kitchen and bakery producing ala carte dessert and banquets up to 800 person.
This is a seasonal position from October- May 2017- 2018.
